CLASS: FMX 210 Digital Media
PROFESSOR: Blanka Roundtree
SEMESTER / TERM: Fall 22
INSTITUTION: University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: I loved this project as I have always wanted to place myself in some sort of mythical world or situation. For this one, I decided to go the video game route by placing myself in the world or the Last of Us. This part in particular because there are so many shadows, I wanted to see how well I could blend real into something digital seamlessly. I think I did pretty well here.

TITLE: Self Portrait
MEDIA: Digital Media
SOFTWARE: Adobe Illustrator
HARDWARE: Windows 10
SPECIFICATIONS: 1583x2048px
CLASS: FMX 210 Digital Media
PROFESSOR: Blanka Roundtree
SEMESTER / TERM: Fall 22
INSTITUTION: University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: I’m not really one for self portraits, but this was my first time using the pen tool in illustrator to make vector art. Just using lines over my actual portrait was a bit difficult, but I learned quickly on how to utilize the thickness and weight of it to create thin or thin tipped ends.

TITLE: Mask
MEDIA: Digital Media
SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop
HARDWARE: Windows 10
SPECIFICATIONS: 1583x2048px
CLASS: FMX 210 Digital Media
PROFESSOR: Blanka Roundtree
SEMESTER / TERM: Fall 22
INSTITUTION: University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: We were suppose to use the illustration of our portrait as the base, and create an impact poster of social issues. I chose how many jobs within the workforce, force employees to smile throughout their shift, regardless to how they’re feeling. We are nothing but a number to these companies, and we have to mask our identities and emotions to make that quota of the day.

TITLE: Be Happy
MEDIA: Digital Media
SOFTWARE: Adobe Dreamweaver
HARDWARE: Windows 10
SPECIFICATIONS: 600x800px
CLASS: FMX 210 Digital Media
PROFESSOR: Blanka Roundtree
SEMESTER / TERM: Fall 22
INSTITUTION: University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: I created this using Dreamweaver for the first time. I wanted to create what feels like a dystopian 1940’s poster, a robot with a heart inspired by the Fallout series for the colors. I always liked the style during the 1920’s to 1940’s and was thinking this could be a poster for the working class for getting that white picket fence and house, with the words Be Happy along the top. At the time however, I didn’t know how to add text.

TITLE: ASCII Bendy
MEDIA: Digital Media
SOFTWARE: Adobe Illustrator
HARDWARE: Windows 10
SPECIFICATIONS: 619x732px
CLASS: FMX 210 Digital Media
PROFESSOR: Blanka Roundtree
SEMESTER / TERM: Fall 22
INSTITUTION: University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: I liked Bendy and the Ink Machine so i made a fan art of him, but also wrote a letter to myself for the future. It is all made entirely out of letters. I was amazed that this could work as I haven’t seen many artworks using nothing but words.
