Story goes is Telion was fighting an enemy alongside his beloved, Sorelle. Something happened where she is on the brink if death, which Telion goes to save her, but then is suddenly teleported to a new world by the Wizard. Frantic he asked to bring her here, to which the Wizard cannot fulfil his request. Mind racing of &#8220;what if&#8217;s&#8221;, his mind shatters and is taken into the void of his mind, where he meets his dark self, Frey and accepts the darkness in his heart. I used inspiration from Final Fantasy 14, Frozen, and some scenes from Final Fantasy 10. I tried to imitate a crystal like texture in the center, using about 5 different brushes and texture brushes with cool colors. In particular, I loved a specific scene of love and loss for said character and wanted to recreate how he would look for animation. It is more detailed, but I later simplify the notion. The left side is a paladin style, while the body to the right is a dark knight version.
