DESCRIPTION:

This project is a video presentation exploring the role of sound in world cinema, analyzing how filmmakers use audio to shape narrative, emotion, and atmosphere. Created in PowerPoint and exported as a video, the presentation combines film clips, still imagery, and structured slide design to examine techniques such as diegetic and non-diegetic sound, silence, and sound perspective. Through selected examples from international films, the project highlights how sound design enhances storytelling across different cinematic traditions. This work reflects my interest in audio production and demonstrates my ability to translate film theory into a clear, engaging visual and audio presentation.
